SHIPPING POLICY

At The Elevated Stone, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be inspected, carefully wrapped, and prepared for shipment.

 

Shipping Carriers:

Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

We select the carrier that provides the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location and the size of the package.

 

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Packaging:

Each crystal is individually inspected and carefully wrapped to protect the natural stone during shipment. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely.

 

Inspection & Returns:

Because each crystal is a unique natural item, we encourage customers to carefully inspect their order upon arrival.

 

Inspection Period:

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect their item.

 

Damage Claims:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

 

Return Requests:

If you wish to request a return, you must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of delivery. All return or damage inquiries must be sent to:  info@theelevatedstone.com

 

Please include:
• your order number
• photos of the item (if damaged)
• a brief description of the issue
