At The Elevated Stone, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging each crystal to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Because each piece is a unique natural stone, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before placing an order.
Inspection Period:
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect their order.
If you believe there is an issue with your item, please contact us within this inspection period.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once we review the information, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Requests:
If you wish to request a return, you must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items returned without prior approval
• Items returned after the inspection period
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.
